1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the r789game website located at r789game.pro, its associated mobile interface, and all related services, features, content, and products offered by r789game (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and r789game ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By clicking "Register", logging into your existing r789game account, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you expressly confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content;
• You accept these Terms unconditionally and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

2 Eligibility

Use of the r789game Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. r789game strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21 and employs CNIC-based verification processes to enforce this requirement.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of r789game is lawful in your jurisdiction. r789game does not warrant that access to the Platform is legal in every location.
• Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts may not use the Platform.
• Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, a court-ordered gambling prohibition, or any exclusion imposed by r789game.
• Not an Employee: Employees, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of r789game or its affiliates are not permitted to hold active player accounts or participate in promotional offers.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the r789game Platform, you must create a single, personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth.

3.2 One Account Policy

r789game operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. You may not register more than one account per person, per CNIC number, per email address, per household, or per device. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, r789game will require you to complete our KYC verification process. This involves submitting:

• A clear copy of your valid CNIC (both sides);
• Proof of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered name and number);
• Any additional documentation that r789game reasonably requests to verify your identity or source of funds.

r789game aims to complete KYC verification within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will remain pending until verification is successfully completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r789game login credentials. You must notify r789game immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected]. r789game will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security of your account credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

r789game accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your r789game balance instantly in most cases; however, delays arising from third-party payment processors are outside r789game's control.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. r789game does not accept deposits from payment accounts registered to third parties. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be returned to the sender at r789game's discretion.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the same account holder. r789game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one business day.

4.3 Currency

All r789game accounts are maintained exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). r789game does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. There is no foreign exchange exposure for players using the Platform from within Pakistan.

5 Gaming Rules

All casino games available on r789game — including slot games, live dealer tables, wheel games, Egypt Book of Mystery, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules published within each game's information panel. Players are strongly advised to review these rules before wagering real PKR funds.

All games on r789game use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited by third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. r789game does not manipulate, adjust, or otherwise influence game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the published house edge figures.

6 Sports Betting Rules

r789game's sports betting service, including cricket betting markets covering PSL, international Tests, ODIs, T20Is, and other sports, is governed by the following rules in addition to the general Terms herein.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation reference number from r789game. In-play odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• Void Bets: r789game reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, suspended, or materially altered prior to the conclusion of the relevant market.
• Obvious Errors: Where odds are published at a manifestly incorrect level due to human or system error, r789game reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds before settlement.
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are published in the r789game sportsbook rules section within the Platform.
• Match Integrity: Any player found to have insider knowledge of a match outcome, or who is associated with match-fixing in any capacity, will have all bets voided and their account permanently closed.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

r789game offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the account.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — toward fulfilling bonus wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are published in individual promotion terms.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, bets placed on odds below the stated minimum will not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold and progress through one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: r789game uses automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, pattern betting, and multi-accounting. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be permanently restricted.

8 Responsible Gaming

r789game takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform offers the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by the player at any time via the account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Players can set maximum session durations and enable reality-check notifications that display total session time and net win/loss at configurable intervals.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagers will be declined for the remainder of the period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r789game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Employing automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction once wagers have been placed;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, KYC requirements, or self-exclusion measures;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law while knowingly misrepresenting your location.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the r789game Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, software code, written content, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of r789game or its licensed third-party providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of r789game.

r789game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r789game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

r789game does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability.

In all cases where r789game is found liable, the total aggregate liability of r789game to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your r789game account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

r789game collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the r789game Privacy Policy.

r789game implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

13 Amendments to These Terms

r789game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered players via the email address held on the account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the r789game Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws applicable under r789game's international gaming licence framework. In the event of a dispute between you and r789game, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through r789game's internal complaints procedure, which can be initiated by contacting [email protected] with a detailed written description of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within 30 days of submission, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated under r789game's applicable gaming licence, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
